A J.D. and CPA license are required, along with exceptional academic credentials and strong written and verbal communication skills. Comparable law firm experience is preferred.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the MA and Private Equity Litigation group, providing invaluable insights and expertise.Apply your experience in GAAP, auditing financial statements, and resolving high-stakes disputes.Utilize your outstanding written and verbal communication skills to convey complex legal matters.Skills and Qualifications:3-5 years of relevant experience in the field.J.D. and CPA license are a must.Exceptional academic credentials.Comparable law firm experience is preferred.
