The Grossman Agency is looking for a sales representative to join our team. This person will actively seek out and engage prospective customers to guide and help them make an educated decision on the best possible insurance plan for them and their needs. The ideal candidate is results-driven, hungry for customer acquisition, and passionate about contributing to top-line revenue growth. Information:-1099 position-100% commission based-must be able to pass a background check Responsibilities: Demonstrate, promote, and sell several products and services - Strategically present functionality and key value propositions to prospective customers. Develop and foster relationships - Maintain close communications with prospects to close sales and promote customer retention. Meet and exceed targets - Achieve monthly and quarterly individual goals. Track progress and results - Record prospect interactions and track goal attainment in the CRM system. Research and understand target market - Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and overall market opportunity. Plug into training and coaching platforms. Requirements: Become licensed in LIFE/HEALTH Insurance (this requires taking a pre-state exam course-we will help you navigate both the course and exam) US Citizen with social security card, active checking account, valid state ID Commitment to doing what is right for your clients Excellent ability to manage and build relationships Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed benchmarks based on YOUR GOALS Advanced skills in communicating, following up, and staying engaged Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs Familiarity with Zoom/Basic computer knowledge Access to stable internet and a working computer Our employees enjoy a work culture that promotes doing the right thing when no one is watching.
