Duties include: plans, prepares, and cooks food items to ensure the highest quality service and experience for customers. Help keep the kitchen organized and running efficiently. Ensure proper food handling, sanitation and following food storage procedures. Batch cooking experience, positive can-do team attitude, fast-paced busy kitchen, be able to lift 20 plus pounds, read and understand recipes, able to fill out production sheets, clean neat appearance, reliable transportation.
