You will be responsible for the hotel's maintenance and routine processes to make it fully functional, enjoyable, and safe. Responsibilities: • Create an available channel of communication between you and other staff, including managers and department heads• Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures• Use a wide range of tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, indicators, edge finders, drills, wrenches, and additional equipment• Follow all engineering safety rules and regulations Qualifications: • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED• Valid driver’s license and good driving record required• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary• You should have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
