This is a full-time position, with the majority of the hours on-site at the Oyler Hines office. Responsibilities:• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and development• Manage and oversee all marketing campaigns, including email marketing and digital advertising efforts• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and product offerings• Track and report on key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts Qualifications:• 5+ years of experience in marketing• Proven track record of successful email marketing campaigns• Strong digital marketing skills• Excellent organizational and project management skills• US work authorization Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 About Company: Oyler Hines is a team of highly specialized, productive real estate professionals with a passion for servicing our clients at the highest level.
