Job Title: LVL II-Gate Security Officer FT/PT (Unarmed) Location: Rural AreasSummary:We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a LVL II-Gate Security Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our facility by controlling access at the entrance gate and monitoring all incoming and outgoing traffic. This position will require effective communication and observation skills, as well as the ability to handle potentially stressful situations with professionalism and tact.Responsibilities:- Monitor all incoming and outgoing traffic at the entrance gate- Verify identification and credentials of all visitors and employees- Maintain accurate logs of all vehicles entering and exiting the facility- Communicate effectively with visitors, employees, and fellow security personnel- Monitor security cameras and alarms for any suspicious activity- Respond to emergencies and alarms as needed- Report any security issues or concerns to the appropriate authorities- Follow all company and industry security protocols and proceduresQualifications:- Valid LVL II DPS Security License- Previous experience in security or law enforcement preferred but not mandatory- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure- Reliable and punctual- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Must pass a background check and drug screening- High school diploma or equivalentSchedule:This position is available as both full-time and part-time, with flexible scheduling options available.
