Medstaff has a new Nocturnist locum tenens opportunity for client located in Western Kentucky. * Opening: Physician Specialty: Nocturnist - Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or new grad ready to sit for the boards Position Type: Locum Tenens Location: Western Kentucky Start Date: As soon as accepted and credentialed, temp privileges available Length: 3+ months Hours: 7pm-7am Details: Annual Hospital Volume is 37k, about 103 patients daily volumeAverage 8-12 admissions per night Swing shift nurse practitioner there to assist from 7pm-1am nightlyProcedures are required (central lines, intubations, vent management a plus)Most subspecialties are available Requires at least 3 shifts per month EMR used is EPIC Credentials: Active Kentucky medical license, DEA.
