A NYC agency located in downtown Manhattan, NY is looking for a SQL Database Management for a long term contract. This role requires onsite work. Pay Rate: $42.00/hrRequirements and skills * Minimum 4 Years' experience in design and analysis for Database Management system using SQL Server * Minimum 4 Years' experience in designing and developing data communication and transformation using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) * Any experience with Visual Studio .Net and C# is a plus Responsibilities * Develop and prepare documents for the general design of solutions that meet system and security requirements, including the selection of alternative approaches * Develop detailed systems operations designs * Work with MIS staff (e.g., managers, senior programmers, support staff, product manager) to plan program code implementation, enhancements and changes * Create, test and maintain program code * Design reports, audit trails/logs, security mechanisms * Provide assistance to technical support staff when they are unable to resolve a program, database, or IT issue by themselves * Occasionally contact customers as needed to clarify the intent of a new feature or resolve a problem * Provide general programming assistance to other programmers/projects as needed * Tests programs and systems and integrates system modules * Develop, implement, and monitor information technology quality assurance standards
