What you'll do: Position title: SAP iXp Intern: Digital Platforms Product Owner and Project CoordinationLocation: Newtown SquareExpected start date: May 2024 RESPONSIBILITIES- Assist in the support of planning and project management- Help understand and document client needs while helping to provide recommendations for meeting them leveraging technical experts- Help organize projects in accordance with requirements, including advising on requested materials and services- Establish working relationships to provide a positive client experience- Assist with sap agile ceremonies and planning- Coordinate production schedules through early communication with lines of business and development teams- Support roadmap management with operational and leadership team members- Leverage tools and technology for the management of your work- Develop digital product expertise What you bring: QUALIFICATIONS- Exceptional organizational and planning skills and a proven ability to multi:task- Excellent communication, customer service, and collaboration skills- Attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy and quality- Ability to prioritize effectively to manage multiple projects, including numerous deliverables- Experience working in a team environment as well as independently- Ability to collaborate across teams globally- Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive- Willingness to acquire new skills to meet evolving needs- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint- Basic knowledge of design principles and commonly used tools- Basic understanding of Web production tools and content management systems EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE- In pursuit of degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Topics of interest o Marketing and Digital Technology, Entrepreneurship, Computer Sciences, Web Development, Marketing and Business, Analytics, User Experience Design, Agile Development, Business Value, Digital Transformation - Related certifications (i.e. PMI, Adobe: AEM, Target, Launch, AAM, Analytics or other - Other Technology and tools experience: Microsoft, JIRA, WRIKE, Figma, Frontify, Metadata,- Development Methodologies: Agile, SAFe- Content management experience a plus- UX, design experience a plus o Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS a plus- Relevant experience in study or similar position managing production processes and workflow- Digital mindset, Innovative thinker, and Technically Savey- Drive for knowledge and relationships building- Proactive and eager to jump in Meet you team: The SAP Digital Platforms team is responsible for customer:facing digital touchpoints and capabilities, serving end:to:end user experiences globally.
