Family Practice physician job in Illinois : Outstanding opportunity for a thriving Family Practice in a beautiful clinic surrounded by nature! Serving residents of this small town and the surrounding Spoon River Valley, you can live an idyllic outdoor lifestyle in town or in the country on acreage, or commute from nearby Peoria, IL, a metro area of 250,000 population.Two-year salary guarantee while you build your practice. Sign-on bonus, relocation if needed, and $5000 annual CME fund. 4 weeks PTO while on guarantee, 6 weeks PTO after you move to Production. Medical, Dental, Vision benefits; 401k with optional 457b retirement savings programs; long- and short-term disability benefits; life insurance. Residency stipend for qualified candidates. Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical who know the patients and the community extremely well. Full time position including dedicated administrative time, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access. Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination. Primary care for patients of all ages; average 20-25 patients per day . Call schedule requirement: Provider takes second call if needed after initial MyNurse triage.
