Description: Support production and other processes in ateam-based manufacturing environment. Area.Detail-oriented. Familiarity with operation ofdepth mic, digital multi-meter, profilometer,tensile test gage and automated measuringequipment. Must maintain an acceptableattendance record per Lockheed Martinguidelines. Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent.* Must be able to use hand tools (i.e. torquewrench, drills and inspection tools).* Must have the desire and/or ability to use handtools (i.e. torque wrench, drills and inspectiontools, riveting tools, screwdrivers, powerscrewdriver, ratchet wrench, nut runner,crimpers, cable tools and various other handtools).* Ability to read and interpret assembly drawingsor instructions.* This position will be located at a facility thatrequires special access and requires the selectedcandidate to be a US citizen.This job will require lifting of up to 30-50 poundsKnowledge of and ability to operate spraypainting equipment and use acceptable spraypainting techniques on conveyor lines, in paintbooths, or in other designated painting areas tolayout, mask and apply finishes in complexmultiple colored patterns. Ability to obtain paint mixing, masking, andsurface preparation information from applicabledocuments and use decimals, fractions, andproportions. Ability to apply protective and decorative finishesin conformance with specified tolerances. Desired Skills: Production experience in a manufacturingenvironment and/or equivalent education orcertification. Specialized training in specificaspects of job functions and/or demonstratedability to perform assigned tasks. Knowledge ofbasic computer skills and Microsoft Officeprograms. SAP and flex-net experience. It isdesired to have the following minimum level ofexperience: Assembly/LaborersHourly/Non-ExemptReplacement3880781. One year of production spray paintingexperience, either aircraft or auto body. (abilityto operate spray painting equipment and useacceptable spray-painting techniques).2. One year's experience in the application ofdecals and spraying stencils, or other equivalentexperience.Completed the Arkansas Future Fit program.GMLRS program experience. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
