Elite Staffing Network is seeking a Medical Director- Geriatric Medicine in Fayetteville, NC. Required Qualifications: Doctorate degree Working with Frail or Elderly population (1+ years) Supervisory Experience (1+ years) Valid Board Certified - Internal Medicine or Family Medicine ALL of the following valid licenses/certifications: Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS) Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) Our client is seeking a full-time Medical Director for the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) in Fayetteville, NC. The role involves providing medical direction, supervision of participant care, and ensuring clinical outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a Doctorate degree and a minimum of 1 year experience working with the elderly population.Pay range is $231,000 - $280,000 depending upon experienceUp to 10% bonus potentialKey Responsibilities Participate in provider on-call rotation as required Provide general medical direction and supervision of participant care Develop and maintain medical policies and procedures/standards and protocols Conduct history and physical on new participants and reassessments Interview and evaluate applicants to PACE Organization Educate participants and families regarding health maintenance Supervise health care and treatment program Perform physical examinations and order diagnostic testsSchedule and Shift Details 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, no on-call.Medical and Health Services ManagersRelocation Assistance, Travel Reimbursement, Full Benefits, CME Reimbursement
