The ideal candidate should possess excellent academic credentials, 4-6 years of relevant experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.Duties:Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and agency chargesAdvise, counsel, and train employers on employment and labor law issuesRepresent employers in court, arbitration, administrative agencies, and mediations in employment mattersHandle class/collective actions and various cases, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, contract disputes, employment tort, and non-compete casesRequirements:Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school4-6 years of experience, with a strong background in employment law preferredCurrent California Bar admission in good standingUnderstanding of current state and federal agency proceduresCertifications:California Bar admissionSkills:Excellent written and oral communication skillsAttention to detail and commitment to excellenceAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational, time management, and project management skillsCommitment to professionalism, collegiality, and teamworkPreferred:Experience with class action/PAGA cases
