Falcon Rappaport & Berkman LLP is a rapidly-growing law firm focusing on both transactional and litigation matters. This position is a full time position in our Mount Kisco office , hybrid option over time. We seek administrators dedicated to our partners to assist in the management of the law firm as well as other related businesses. Responsibilities include: Calendaring and deadline tracking Email gate keeping, sorting and following up on requests when possible Task and project management New client onboarding Basic communications with clients and outside professionals Electronic and physical document management, preparation, and finalization Performance of miscellaneous administrative and personal tasks Paralegal-level duties possible immediately for the right candidate, with training available for an administrator who shows the appropriate aptitude Occasional front desk coverage for reception area Requirements: · Required : Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Expert-level knowledge strongly preferred. · Required : Superior organizational, detail oriented, time management, and verbal and written communication skills. · Required : 10+ years C- suite or Managing Partner level administrative and phone experience. · Preferred, but not required : Completion of a college-level or higher degree. · Preferred, but not required : Knowledge of or experience in a law firm or professional services firm environmentSalary range: $60K-$90K Powered by JazzHR
