Belay Technologies is seeking a Mid-Level Web Developer (WD) to join their software development team. Belay Technologies is seeking a front-end developer who has extensive experience with React and Redux. The WD will be responsible for designing, creating, testing and maintaining web sites and content that enrich and optimize the exchange of information and produce effective communications between the program office and its customers. The WD interacts with their team to gather and define requirements. The WD must be able to analyze requirements to determine the most effective web technologies to satisfy their needs, as well as coordinate creation and collection of necessary technology components and integrate them into a coherent site. The WD is responsible to build and enhance high-visibility, front-end collaborative User Interface (UI) web application tools used in the day-to-day Mission, across the customer enterprise and across the broader Intelligence Community (IC). The WD is responsible for developing a UI that allows users to consolidate, organize, and reconcile data in a sandbox setting and updates real-time tabular, graphical, and map visualizations. The WD will be presented with unique opportunities to work with UI/UX designers who manage the design – look and feel– of the application, as well as Mission Outreach teams who provide direct user feedback for continuous product improvement. The WD will enable data to be updated and shared in real-time and will help drive more informed and timely decisions in matters of national security. The WD is responsible to stay at the forefront of data visualization by staying current on trends, top tools and emerging technologies and recommend, advocate for, and implement solutions that are a fit. The WD will review and test software components and gain experience developing comprehensive system, performance, and design plans. Candidates should have the following qualifications:  TS/SCI with polygraph is required. 8 years’ experience (12 years with no qualifying degree) Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
