Exempt Up to $71,250 Job Summary: The TFC Child and Family Therapist provides intervention and treatment to children, adolescents, and their families based on the family needs and strengths. These services include but is not limited to crisis management, assessments, psycho-educational groups; individual therapy, and family therapy as needed. Core Competencies: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Meet specified deadlines and manages time effectively. Exhibit skills in comprehending, interpreting, and completing delegated tasks efficiently. Self-starter; must have the ability to work independently and follow-up on all work assignments. Ability to prioritize and work under pressure without losing sight of objectives. Exemplary organizational skills. Professional appearance of documentation and work area. Reliable; exhibits good attendance. Function as a member of a team who actively and positively contributes to a productive and constructive work environment. Maintain confidentiality and discretion as a rule. Familiar with all personnel and program policies and procedures. Job Requirements: Must be licensed in the State of New Mexico: Licensed Psychiatrist or Psychologist, LISW, LMSW, LADAC, LPCC, LMHC, LMHC or LMFT or LPC, LAT. Valid NM driver's license and current automobile insurance and must maintain a clean driving record. Must pass a criminal background check; maintain a current driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and maintain a clean driving record. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
