Job Overview Salary Range: $65K - $75K (Based on Experience) This opportunity will be a hybrid role working part-time in office and part-time remote. You will manage a portfolio of accounts and contact customers to obtain payment balances. You will contribute to our risk management process by completing credit reviews and analyzing various risk indicators. As a Credit Analyst the following duties and responsibilities will be part of this opportunity, but are not limited to them: Manage a portfolio of accounts – 500 to 750+/-. Within Portal AR. Contacts customers via phone or email to obtain payment status from customers regarding past due invoices. Will use a portal to invoice clients as well pulling information to compare. Creates/sends customer’s statements and invoices copies. Collaborates with several internal teams - Cash Applications, Billing, Customer Experience, and Commercial teams. Uses technology to support all collections efforts. Complete credit reviews and utilize 3 rd party data to assess risk. Requirements for our Communications Manager: 7+ years of B2B collections/ credit experience. Knowledge of NetSuite or GetPaid preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of Excel and different technology platforms. Ability to communication clearly and regularly with customers along with internal teams. What’s In It for You?
