As a Direct Care Aide, your main duties and responsibilities are as follows: Working with adults with developmental disabilities in a team-oriented group home setting. Providing direct care, to include: bathing, toiletry, feeding, dressing, maintaining all aspects of daily living skills, and ensuring our individuals are properly cared for. Implementing program plans and goals. Participating in activities/outings, and much more. No experience, No worries!
