A day in the life. As our Client Services Coordinator on the Employee Health & Benefits team, you'll assist in the overall servicing of assigned accounts; handling day-to-day workflow of the servicing process and effectively communicating with Consultants/Producers, Client Management teams and clients through marketing, prospecting and servicing new and renewal business. We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills: Aptitude to learn technical knowledge of benefits insurance coverage Ability to work in the team environment - works ell and efficiently with multiple people, different personalities, and juggling multiple deadlines Strong organizational skills and eagerness to ask questions when in doubt Will require active Life and Health license if not already licensed These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply: Prior insurance experience would be a plus Knowledge with Benefit Point, Image right, and/or Applied/EPIC AMS We know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes.
