Baldi Management Group is currently looking for an experienced Back of House Restaurant Team Member to support the operations at our Smashburger franchise location in Ronald Reagan National Airport. The Back of House Team Member will ensure food items meet the standards defined by the franchise and the Company. Here are the job qualifications we are looking for: Customer service oriented Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills Ability to learn tasks quickly and execute in a fast-paced setting Hard working, team-oriented, friendly, honest and possess good people skills Detail orientated and ability to multi-task One year or more of prior experience in the food service industry Able to pass a 10-year Federal Criminal History Background Check Your job responsibilities will include, but not limited to: Prepare product/Menu items according to franchise and company standards Prepare, cook and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting franchise and company standards Maintains health and safety standards in work areas Understand the expectation of company’s customer service standards and operational excellence Assist other team members in keeping the kitchen and any food prep areas clean Works well with others to achieve team goals Communicate with FOH on food orders and completion Carry out instructions given by Shift Leaders or management team Always adhere to all company policies and procedures and demonstrates knowledge of menu items Be on time, maintain a positive attitude and perform duties efficiently and effectively Think you have what it takes?
