The Senior Technician position is an experienced technician who performs hands-on diagnostics and repair of water only and water-ice units and serves as a subject matter expert within the market to ensure operational company standards are met. POSITION OFFERS Company Vehicle. Drive home daily Starting hourly rate is $18.00 No Cost Employee Only Medical + $900 employer paid Health Savings Account Dental and Vision plans 401(k) and Roth with Immediate Company Match and Vesting Tuition Reimbursement 8 days of accrued Paid Time Off the first year. Accrue up to 26 days per year. Paid Holidays DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Follow safety guidelines and act in safe manner Demonstrate and support the company’s Code of Conduct Repair water only and water-ice units as needed. Function as the subject matter expert to assist in resolving high-level technical issues with water-only and water-ice units. Lead technical ability within the market Multi-task when responding to high-level technical issues and identify training opportunities to ensure Company standards are met. Provide technical guidance, training, feedback and follow up to market employees Drive company vehicle to company locations/units throughout assigned area Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Team player with positive attitude Thorough understanding and application of Company technical procedures for water-only and water-ice units Ability to clearly communicate technical information to beginner through advanced-level technicians 3+ years technical, maintenance, repair, or similar experience Ability to work required schedule Acceptable work attendance to perform job Clean motor vehicle record; valid, current driver’s license Bilingual English/Spanish preferred PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to lift 50 pounds Capable of climbing ladders, stooping, walking, standing, and bending Ability to work safely in limited space inside water/water-ice units Ability to work in heat Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle Ability to work overtime including some weekend or evening work EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATES High school diploma or equivalent Electrical, maintenance, repair, or similar education or equivalent experience preferred PM21 Right to Work/E-Verify Powered by JazzHR
