You will be responsible for supervising the property's complete maintenance and routine processes to make it fully functional, enjoyable, and safe. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with other personnel who will help you with maintenance tasks• Use a wide range of tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, indicators, edge finders, drills, wrenches, and additional equipment• Maintain all of the hotel's equipment and preventative maintenance plans• Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly• Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures Qualifications: • Good knowledge of computer software; preferably facilities management software• This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED• Driver’s license and clean driving record is mandatory• You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role• Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills Compensation: $20 - $23 hourly About Company: We are a team of customer-focused, hospitality professionals that strive to provide a great experience for each guest that stays at our hotel!
