The property manager will oversee the coordination and supervision of service providers and be accountable for all on-site property management, including local marketing, all tenant relations and financial reporting. Responsibilities: • Facilitates resident move-ins/move-outs by negotiating leases, collecting security deposits and processing applications to ensure a smooth process• Monitor incoming leads and prospects and then incorporate into marketing campaigns to help increase lease numbers• Prepares annual budget to help make sure financial objectives are met• Maintain property by investing and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units, and contracting with landscaping services to ensure our tenant’s satisfaction • Establishes rental rate by surveying local rental rates and calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals to ensure fair and competitive pricing Qualifications: • High School Diploma or GED required• Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members• Able and willing to work both evenings and weekends• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience preferred• Enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service• Prior experience in property management Compensation: $55,000 About Company: We are a successful RE/MAX real estate team.
