Logistics and Supply Chain Business Development Representative - Domestic Transportation *Industry Experience NOT Required* Benefits: $45,000-$55,000 annual salary + Uncapped Commission Structure (Year 1 OTE $75k+) Hybrid Working Schedule PTO + Vacation Days My Freight Brokerage Client is looking for a Dynamic & High-Performing new business Business Development Representative, specializing in Domestic FTL, LTL, Flatbed sales, to join their growing & exciting team in the US. As a Business Development Representative, you will be tasked with generating and prospecting new leads, actively hunting and winning business from new customers. Responsibilities Include: Prospecting and proactively pursuing new business opportunities within the target market. Booking and conducting meetings with new customers via F2F, Teams/Zoom. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company. Keep on top of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
