This role requires a highly motivated individual with superior client service skills.Duties:Conduct legal research and analysis on banking and finance laws and regulationsDraft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and loan documentationProvide legal counsel to clients on banking transactions, regulatory compliance, and risk managementAssist in negotiating and structuring financial transactionsRepresent clients in banking and finance-related litigation and dispute resolution mattersCollaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firmRequirements:Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant law firm experience in banking and finance lawMembership in the Bar of a U.S. StateMust satisfy any requirements of the firm's office's jurisdictionExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyDemonstrated commitment to client service and attention to detailEducation:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolCertifications:Admission to the Bar of a U.S. StateSkills:Proficiency in legal research tools and databasesKnowledge of banking and finance laws and regulationsNegotiation and drafting skillsAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamThe firm offers a comprehensive benefits package, including elective health benefits, mental well-being benefits, parental leave, and a 401K program.
