The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in building the existing practice, engage in significant client interaction, and demonstrate potential for long-term leadership within the firm. Duties:Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in matters related to tax law, specifically estate planning.Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies and provide sound legal advice.Draft legal documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning instruments.Review and analyze client financial documents and estate plans to assess tax implications and recommend appropriate strategies.Represent clients in tax disputes and negotiations with government agencies. Requirements:Juris Doctorate or better in Law from an accredited law school.5+ years of relevant experience in estate planning.Demonstrated expertise in tax law, particularly in relation to estate planning.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and statutes.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Admitted to practice law in the state, or willingness to become admitted. Skills:Proficiency in legal research tools and databases.Exceptional writing and drafting abilities.Strong interpersonal skills for effective client communication.Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
