Position Overview: As a Service Account Manager, you will be the key contact for our existing clients utilizing our electrolysis technology on both Chlor Alkali and green hydrogen. Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive customer support on both technical and commercial aspects, to guide and support customer for their optimal use of our technology by collaborating closely with our global customer service group and other internal and global departments to maintain high level customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact to existing clients seeking support and guidance on our technology. Provide in-depth support to customers’ needs and troubles effectively and efficiently by collaborating closely with both internal (US and Global) departments and if necessary, with external sub-suppliers. Conduct studies for plant optimization and modernization to stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor products to provide informed recommendations and support. Support Service Order Coordinator group on technical inquires on purchase orders. Supporting customers plant turn-around activities at site. Representing thyssenkrupp nucera at customer sites, conferences, and symposiums. Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions such as claim management for service projects. Identify recurring issues and proactively propose improvements or solutions to enhance product usability and customer experience. Coordinate product training sessions for clients to ensure a thorough understanding of our electrolyzes technology. Qualifications/Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering and any related technical field is preferred 3+ years of experience in the Engineering Industry Experience working at a chemical plant or industrial processes. You are familiar with process engineering documents, flow diagrams (PFDs), piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), heat and mass balances, process control strategies. You have a strong customer orientation, a willingness to innovate and enjoy working with people from other cultures. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to diverse audiences. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
