We are looking for an experienced Manager, eCommerce Marketing who is passionate about effective digital and buyer journey strategies who wants to be a part of a driven and energetic global marketing team. The Manager, eCommerce Marketing will oversee and manage the performance of Lumivero’s software products within our e-commerce channel. This includes, but is not limited to, managing a comprehensive eCommerce strategy, improving the eCommerce customer journey and user experience, conducting research on effective approaches, designs, and features, and collaborating with key internal stakeholders to optimize eCommerce operations, while accurately tracking, reporting, and optimizing the effectiveness of the e-commerce strategies implemented. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape, digital marketing, and website UX/UI. They must have an analytical mindset and understand the 'why' behind the data, always seeking ways to continuously improve our process. An effective collaborator, this person must be able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This role reports to the Senior Director, Marketing Operations and Media. It is full-time, exempt, and remote in the USA. Responsibilities Develop and implement a strategic and comprehensive online marketing strategy to increase website traffic and online sales. Manage the daily operations of Lumivero’s e-commerce platforms for existing and new products, including but not limited to product updates, content creation, customer service, and troubleshooting. Map and improve the website consumer journey to effectively increase sales and engagement, meeting key conversion and revenue goals. Collaborate with the marketing team to create display, email, & social media campaigns to improve eCommerce performance. Collaborate with SEO/SEM for shop optimization. Track and measure key performance metrics in Google Analytics and other available tools (abandonment, conversion, etc.) and identify important performance trends and areas of opportunity to grow the business. Analyze and measure brand and vanity website functionality, identify areas of friction and obstacles for website visitors, and present results to upper management regularly. Direct on-site optimization to achieve website revenue goals, providing recommendations for improvement using responsive design, implementation of enhancements, and owning key website KPIs Identify trends and opportunities to implement that improve the customer experience by analyzing customer data and website analytics Provide recommendations for improvements to website strategy based on company-wide goals that support the brand's marketing and e-commerce short- and long-term revenue goals and initiatives. Actively troubleshoot operational and performance issues and work with respective teams to resolve. Manage vendor relationships with applicable technology and marketing partners and escalate and document opportunities and/or service problems with recommended solutions. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field. Can substitute a combination of education and relevant work experience. 5+ years of experience in eCommerce and digital marketing. Experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4 and Google Tag Manager). Proficient in Wordpress, WooCommerce; HTML and CSS preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the B2B, tech, and/or SaaS eCommerce landscape. Demonstrated ability to effectively build relationships with vendors and other partners. Analytical mindset and able to make data driven decisions. Track record of working collaboratively on a team. Proven ability to self-manage, prioritize time, and stay motivated in a remote environment. Positive attitude and an optimistic mindset. Thrives in a multi-tasking, entrepreneurial environment. Salary $80,000 - $100,000 annually. This role is eligible for an annual performance bonus.
