Job Summary: As the Nurse Manager of Surgical Services, you'll ensure efficient operations, top-notch patient care, compliance with regulatory standards, and business development within our surgical units. Key Responsibilities: 🌟 Efficiently manage unit operations, budget, and patient care services. 📚 Act as a resource and mentor for supervisors and staff members. 🌈 Ensure high-quality care delivery and adherence to standards of care. 💡 Make informed decisions based on operational standards and patient care needs.
