Responsibilities:• Implement our proven sales system in the field that is taught in training• Conduct meetings with new and potential clients and carefully listen to their individual circumstances in order to present the best insurance policies to meet their needs• Update reports, records, bookkeeping systems, and other organizational tools to accurately report progress toward monthly insurance sales goals• Stay abreast of any changes to rules or policies within the insurance agency to effectively amend insurance programs for existing and prospective clients Qualifications:• Candidates must have or be willing to get an insurance license• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills required; customer service experience is a plus• High school diploma necessary; college degree a bonus• Experience using accounting or sales-related software is beneficial• Fundamental computer skills such as experience with Microsoft Office Compensation: $80,000 at Plan Commission About Company: In our organization, we are one big family.
