We are looking for an experienced, service, and detail-oriented mortgage loan officer to join our team. We believe in removing obstacles and creating a supportive environment for you to thrive in. Responsibilities: • Ensure all phases of the loan process are performed in accordance with regulatory and company guidelines• Oversee all customer interactions and ensure a smooth transaction by interfacing with realtors, processors, and underwriters• Assist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs• Manage a large pipeline of loans to ensure your production meets our requirements• Maintain and build relationships through networking and prospecting with bankers, realtors, builders, and your community to attract new business Qualifications: • Multiple years of real estate, mortgage origination, or lending required• Banking, business, real estate, or related Bachelor’s degree required• Office Suite knowledge and loan originating software such as Calyx, Experian, or LendingWise preferred• Provide excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional decision-making ability• Requires compliance with lending regulations and bank underwriting guidelines and lending policies• Previous experience with Encompass required• Must live within 5-10 minute drive of 76015• On-site presence required Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 at plan yearly About Company: The Helton Real Estate Group is a leader in the real estate industry covering the Texas market.
