We’re currently seeking dedicated Hospitality Aides for our skilled nursing healthcare center at Spang Crest, a Luthercare community in Lebanon, PA. We are currently for 4P-8P PT EOW/EOH. WHAT YOU DO: As a Hospitality Aide at Spang Crest, you’re an integral part of ensuring our residents are comfortable by enhancing their overall health and well-being. You’ll do this by performing non-direct nursing services under the supervision of licensed nurses, including: Serve as an important link to communicate residents’ direct care needs, requests, or interests to nursing assistant team members and others on the clinical care team Answer resident call bells and assist with non-direct care needs Make beds, organize and stock nursing supplies, and assist with passing water, ice, and meal trays Read mail and write letters when requested by residents Safely transport residents to and from the dining rooms, activities, salon, therapy, etc. as well as assisting to provide activity programming and special events ABOUT SPANG CREST: Spang Crest, located at 945 Duke Street in Lebanon, is a 105-bed skilled nursing and rehab center. The community is part of Luthercare, which is a not-for-profit, faith-based, and mission-driven organization based in Lititz, Pa. Luthercare provides a network of services through its full continuum of care with three communities in Lancaster and Lebanon Counties.
