Bethel Temple is a leading church within the community known for its heart for impacting the community through creative programs and outreaches. We are seeking an experienced couple with a proven track record of leading a growing youth ministry. The ideal candidate will have experience in overseeing all facets of the minsitry, including leading weekly services, outreaches, and social events. Great communication skills, being able to work with parents and students alike are a must. Preparing and delivering timely messages for discipleship is a must. The candidate must be a team player and work with others to advance the overall church vission. Missions and outreach are part of our core values. Recruiting and training the volunteer staff as well as develop student leadership is vital in this ministry. Bethel Temple is a long-established church with a great pastoral team. Competitive salary and a house in addition to salary.
