Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Active member of the NY State Bar in good standing.3+ years of experience practicing immigration law, with a focus on employment-based immigration and the PERM process.2+ years of experience practicing civil litigation law. Skills:In-depth knowledge and experience with the PERM labor certification process.Strong understanding of employment-based visa categories.Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.Professional demeanor and client confidentiality.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
