A Snapshot of Your Day As PMO Lead (f/m/d) your day will be dynamic and diverse. You will be part of the Global Business Function Team and responsible for initiating, driving and steering Strategic Initiatives within the Gas Service Distributed organization. As part of the overall Gas Services Strategy to grow, protect and decarbonize the fleet, the Strategic Initiatives shall contribute and complement to the key enablers, such as the performance triangle, people & culture and customer satisfaction from a Distributed business perspective. Besides Strategic Initiatives, you will take the lead in driving our technical product marketing efforts holistically, this ensures an aligned approach between Portfolio development, GTM, Service and Execution. As third main area, you are positioning Distributed Business to leverage from Public & Private Funding including external partnerships and eco-systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including other Business Areas and Corporate functions. Based on your analytical edge and long-year experience in leading projects, you will define solutions to complex challenges and communicate them accordingly with senior stakeholders in and outside the organization. You will work together with diverse people in a very caring team environment and find great development perspectives, while having a direct impact on our organization's success. How You'll Make an Impact Lead and support the Focus Topics of Gas Services Distributed as well as the pivotal initiatives and drive on continuous improvement Shape and manage regular executive level updates for Gas Service Distributed Management Analyses complex challenges to drive and support business requirements and initiate strategic projects and initiatives Frame broad approach with targeted E2E view by market segment, application types and other required business dimensions Lead virtual project teams, build a strong network within Gas Services Distributed and Gas Services and promote cross-organizational and cross-functional collaboration support preparation and coordination of senior management reviews Proactively build, develop and maintain relationships with key partners and collaborators across the organization ensuring timely and regular engagement What You Bring Master's degree (or equivalent) in engineering, natural sciences, economics or business administration Proven track record in leading strategic projects with cross-functional, international and virtual teams in managing several complex projects at the same time, consulting or strategy experience preferred as well as a track record Extensive experience in business development and/or consulting positions with executive management level exposure Enthusiasm and pro-activity for driving improvements in New Unit and Service Business of Small, Medium and Aeroderivative Gas Turbines, as well as Heat Pumps, Additive Manufacturing and Energy Assets Preference for working with, leading, motivating and coaching diverse people from different parts of the organization on complex projects in an evolving environment Excellent communication skills in English and experience in working in a global organization/environment for efficient partner management and driving lasting change About the Team Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization.
