About You: Relevant Experience: You have a minimum of 1 year of experience with children ages 0–4 years old, supported by 3 references, with at least 2 from childcare work (paid or unpaid). Engagement and Safety: You commit to working one-on-one with children in their homes, prioritizing safety and engagement above all else. Reliability: With a reliable vehicle, you'll be ready to commute around Palo Alto, Mountain View, and Sunnyvale areas to fulfill your assignments. CPR Certification: You're already CPR certified or willing to obtain certification to ensure the safety and well-being of the children under your care. Availability: You are available Monday through Friday for 6 to 10-hour shifts between 7 am and 7 pm, providing flexibility to meet the needs of our families. We Offer: Competitive Compensation: Enjoy an hourly wage of $25/h for 40 hours per week. Weekly overtime above 40 hours will be paid at 1.5 times the hourly rate. Holiday Pay: When worked, holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve or Day, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day will be paid at 1.5 times the hourly rate, recognizing your dedication during special occasions.
