Capital City Club Crabapple Men’s Grill Server Bartender Capital City Club Brookhaven is a private club located in Milton Ga. just North of Roswell. Home to a beautiful 18-hole golf course. We are currently looking for enthusiastic, professional, and service-oriented individuals to join the Capital City team in our Men’s Grill, we offer a competitive hourly wage, free parking, free uniform, holiday, and vacation pay, free meals, opportunities for career development but best of all a fun and supportive workplace! Key Responsibilities: Stocks bar daily and maintain organization/cleanliness. Prepares garnishes, fruit mixes, and pre-mixed drinks before opening the bar. Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and efficiency, upholding Club standards and adhering to recipes. Works in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision. Attends all staff meetings, including pre-shift sessions, and training as required. Continually practices beverage and revenue control procedures. Completes other appropriate work assignments as requested by supervisor. Works closely with multiple teams and teammates to fulfill and exceed member expectations. Provides excellent food and beverage service to members and guests, always ensuring satisfaction. Maintains and displays complete and comprehensive knowledge of menus, including daily features and specials. Follows daily opening and closing procedures, completes daily checklists and executes day-to-day operations relatively independently. Becomes familiar with members' names and greets them, accordingly, providing a warm welcome that will make them feel right at home. Assists fellow team members to provide unique, personalized service that cannot be found anywhere else! Requirements: Minimum 18 years of age. Excellent communication skills. Ability to communicate satisfactorily with members, guests, managers, and coworkers. Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to understand, interpret, and input data. Experience with food and beverage point-of-sale a plus. Ability to lift at least 20 pounds unassisted. Ability to perform job functions and assigned tasks with minimal supervision. Ability to work both independently and cohesively as part of a team. Attention to detail and a “go-getter” attitude. Salary: Servers: $14-$18 Additional benefits: Eligible for additional compensation following a 90-day performance review. Commissions on wine sales. Health, vision, and dental insurance.
