Shift: This role is 2nd Shift, -Hourly Rate: $0.00 an hourThe Vlasic brand has been tied to Imlay City for over 80 years. A part of the Conagra Brands family, we are the only facility in the world that packages Vlasic-branded Pickles, Peppers, and Relish. We use fresh-picked produce during our annual Green Season. Job Details: This is an entry level seasonal, afternoon shift position with a base pay of $16.25/hour + $0.25 hourly shift premium. The Floater/Topper works on the packaging line most of the season. You will be part of the team that ensures produce levels meet quality standards in jars. There are a variety of other tasks you may be assigned to throughout the season. These Tasks include sorting and packaging produce, product rework, quality assurance or outside feed, etc. You will report to the topping lead and production lead. The season runs April to December. As we are a unionized facility, you will obtain seniority after 30 days and have recall rights each year. If you decide to grow your career, we will provide you a path to advancement if you so choose, including permanent production positions.
