No part-time students. We are looking for someone Full Time for the long-term employee to grow with the dental office. Learning opportunity in Dental Billing.Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service: smile and greet patients.Check-in and Check-out patients in a friendly and professional mannerRegister New Patients in computer systemSchedule Patient AppointmentsConfirm Patient AppointmentsMaintain Appointment book by following up on no show or cancelled appointmentsAnswer TelephonesVerify patient eligibility for dental insurancesAssist with collecting co-payment for patient balancesAssist patients by providing information according to company policies.Maintain a clean patient waiting area and front desk.Assist with administrative assignments as directed by the office manager.Participate and support marketing initiatives for recalls and new patient growth.
