The ideal candidate will provide legal support and expertise in finance projects and infrastructure matters.Duties:Assist in drafting and negotiating finance agreements, project documents, and infrastructure contracts.Conduct legal research and analysis on finance, project finance, and infrastructure-related issues.Provide support in due diligence processes for finance projects and infrastructure transactions.Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop legal strategies and solutions.Participate in meetings, conferences, and negotiations with clients, stakeholders, and opposing counsel.Stay updated with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends related to finance projects and infrastructure.Requirements:2-4 years of experience practicing law in finance, project finance, infrastructure, or related areas.Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the New York State Bar or eligibility to waive in.Strong understanding of finance principles, project finance structures, and infrastructure development.Excellent legal drafting and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the New York State Bar or eligibility to waive in.Skills:Legal draftingLegal research and analysisFinance and project finance knowledgeCommunication and negotiationAttention to detailTime management and multitasking An established law firm with an international presence, this distinguished law firm has offices in the United States, Europe, and Asia.
