You'll be assessing our clients' fitness levels, developing individualized training programs, and ensuring they're using equipment safely. Our ideal applicant has expertise as a fitness instructor or trainer, as well as great customer service abilities. Apply now if you're eager to help our clients get healthy and fit! Responsibilities: • Perform personal fitness assessments to ensure that all exercise routines are appropriate for each client• Maintain all gym standards and safety requirements to ensure that clients are safe and comfortable while working out• Teach clients proper technique for all exercises, especially those requiring more complex equipment, to reduce injury risk• Revise fitness plans based on clients’ progress toward set goals• Improve client fitness by customizing exercises to meet each person's unique needs and skills Qualifications: • Currently certified as a fitness instructor or personal trainer• Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification• Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and coworkers • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills • This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service Compensation: $22 - $27 hourly About Company: Valley Fitness is a premier fitness company dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve their health and wellness goals.
