HVAC Project Manager We are looking for a Project Manager with strong interpersonal communication skills, who will demonstrate leadership and accountability for our team. Responsibilities Evaluate technical requirements to ensure proper staffing and tools are in place to meet customer expectations and profit projections. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of equipment, materials, and subcontracts. Provide input and actively participate in regular review meetings on work progress, customer relations and other matters affecting service operations. Report any bottlenecks affecting efficient and timely project completion. Work with Commercial Projects Technicians to ensure customer satisfaction and timely completion of assigned projects. Understand and apply principles of cost versus benefit to gain maximum utilization of company resources. Provide guidance and technical expertise to achieve or exceed customer satisfaction goals. Report on sales, work progress and revenue generation. Responsible for sales revenue, forecasting and meeting targeted Gross Profit objectives. Effectively present information and respond to questions from management, customers, sales and service personnel. Our Ideal Candidate Outstanding leadership skills.
