The Quality Engineer will have extensive experience with CAPA and RCA's in a medical or related field. This role will provide expertise as it relates to manufacturing process improvements, quality management systems, and process monitoring. Key Accountabilities Lead and collaborate with cross-functional team to resolve quality issues by analyzing non-conformances, conducting root cause analysis. Partnering with Customer Success in providing clear and appropriate information to customers. Prove ongoing quality system support including performing internal audits and ensuring implementation of root cause corrective actions. Lead and collaborate with cross-functional team to identify improvement opportunities and leading / facilitation implementation of projects which improve quality / capability / productivity for our customers. Lead incoming inspection for verification of supplied raw material and ensuring process is efficient and meets the needs of the customers. Creating non-conformance for supply chain concerns and providing technical advice and guidance to suppliers to reduce raw material defects. Coordinate, lead, and set all quality expectations for the preparation and execution of production trials in new product development. This includes, but not limited pre-production prep, meetings, trainings, along with assisting planning, monitoring and documentation of quality attribute testing and results. Required Qualifications Required Qualifications-Bachelor Degree in Engineering: Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing.-Quality assurance engineering in a manufacturing environment.-Demonstrated experience with root cause analysis/ multi cause analysis, CAPAs and non-conformances.-ISO/FDA experience-Management of customer interaction through appropriate written and verbal communication.
