Position Summary: The Temporary Systems Specialist assists with the maintenance and development of financial planning solution. The incumbent is responsible for providing system support for end-users and designing, creating and maintaining reports, templates, user accounts and permissions. Essential Functions: Provide ongoing user support, troubleshooting errors, fixing mapping and formula error on reports and financial input templates; escalating issues to vendor when necessary. Help create and maintain FP&A reports and input templates as directed by manager to help with maintenance and troubleshooting. Maintain hierarchies and process cycles in Financial Planning Systems by learning and studying the logic and rules to maintain the system. Work with management to gain clear knowledge of training methods and assist with creation and maintenance of training manuals and documentation. Perform basic training for end users as needed. Assist system users with testing when rolling out new features/reports/templates. Create new process cycles, upload new version data, and maintain data integrity. Create and maintain user accounts. Complete ad hoc projects as needed and/or directed. Required Qualifications: A minimum education level of: Bachelor of Arts/Sciences Degree (4-year) in Business/Accounting/Computer Science/Information Systems A minimum of 2 years of related experience Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook Strong verbal & written communication skills Extremely organized and detail-oriented Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with SQL or Hyperion Essbase is a plus Previous experience in a support role preferred Knowledge of financial planning systems (like Vena, Longview, etc.) and understanding of OLAP and relational databases are a plus Pay Scale: $22.49-$32.80AEG reserves the right to change or modify the employee's job description whether orally or in writing, at any time during the employment relationship.
