Heavy & Specialized Equipment Sales Representative (Remote) Sanco Equipment – Southern, MN We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join the Sanco Equipment team! You’d be responsible for selling a new line of full-sized heavy equipment products as well as used equipment. We’d provide one-on -one training and growth opportunities to assist you in succeeding. We began as a single Bobcat dealership in southern Minnesota and have expanded to include four locations in MN and IA. As an authorized Bobcat dealership, we are proud to offer quality products from a leader in the industry. In addition to sales and rentals, we provide our customers with support throughout the life of their equipment through our parts and service departments. This position will provide a base salary plus commission with a company vehicle, phone, and laptop. RESPONSIBILITIES Expand business reach through networking techniques. Initiates sales campaigns and establishes marketing guidelines to meet sales expectations. Answers customers’ questions about product features, prices, availability, capabilities and limitations, and credit terms. Maintains customer data through CRM. Documents weekly call and expense reports. Prepares sales contracts for orders obtained and submits orders for processing. Informs customers of estimated delivery schedules, service contracts, warranties, or other information pertaining to purchased products. Coordinates transportation of equipment to customer locations. Will capture market share. Qualifications Strong negotiation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize and multitask. High school diploma or general education diploma (GED). Cold calling experience. abilities: Sales driven, aggressive, and self-motivated. Communicate information and ideas while speaking and presenting. Load and chain down equipment. Frequently operate skid steers, excavators, lawn mowers, and trucks and trailers. working conditions: This is a remote position and out in the field. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. 60-75% local travel.
