Production Associate Location: Stoughton, WI Job Summary: Operates machines and production equipment independently in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment and may instructor coach others. Works at the required cycle time or defined engineering standard. Maintains clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping tasks and machine cleaning tasks and performs planned operator care and maintenance tasks. Day to day: They will be working with a semi-automatic machine. Loading componence, do measurements and checks. Will be doing some laser engraving to date stamp. Package into box to ship out product. Qualifications: High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience. Prior experience working in manufacturing or lab setting is beneficial.
