We’re experiencing tremendous growth as an organization and looking for strong team member to jump in and manage marketing deliverables that support the company’s sales objectives. From proposals to presentations to digital marketing and event planning, you will manage multiple priorities while supporting our sales and marketing team to ensure we’re delivering content that beautifully conveys our brand and story.The position requires a willingness to learn, exceptional organization, and the ability to interpret needs, objectives, and direction from multiple sources. You need to be equally comfortable with writing as well as graphic design to ensure brand standards and organization goals are met. We need an agile problem solver and collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills. What you’ll do: Support Sales team by creating collateral such as presentations, proposals, product brochures, and emails Participate and facilitate brainstorming and strategy sessions with marketing and sales teams Apply copywriting skills to write, copy edit, proofread and rework marketing and technical text for a broader audience (i.e.: proposals, public relations, web pages, blog posts, case studies, etc.) Use graphic design capabilities to develop, design, and manage electronic and print collateral (brochures, one-pagers, proposals, presentations, newsletters, social posts, website landing pages, etc.) Maintain marketing materials library ensuring collateral and sales tools are refreshed as needed Assist in planning, coordination and execution of marketing events for business prospects, community events and marketing driven partnerships. Work with Digital Marketing team to support all company online presence, including websites, emails, social media, blogs and managing inquires generated on these platforms Assist in the creation of new photo and video assets and manage existing assets to ensure visual presence is vibrant, current, and authentically dancker. Track and manage projects to ensure process and pipeline has maximum transparency Plan, organize, multi-task and pay careful attention to detail to support multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment. Participate in educational opportunities to update job knowledge and skills. All other duties as assigned What you’ll bring to the role: Minimum of 1-3 years in a marketing role An eye for details Strong communication and presentation skills (written, oral and visual) A positive attitude and ability to manage competing priorities in responsive manner Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop) and Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint & Excel) Ability to plan, organize, multi-task and pay careful attention to detail in order to support multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
