Your role will include assisting in on-site client installation, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing equipment. The ideal candidate should be prompt, reliable, possess excellent communication skills, and be motivated to provide superior service. A proven track record of client satisfaction is essential. Responsibilities : Support the Client : Oversee services and perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting. Ensure systems are error-free and maintain customer relationships. Equipment and Service : Troubleshoot problems, create service call reports, suggest equipment upgrades, and maintain inventory including vans and trucks. Apprentice Plumber : Learn to install, repair, and maintain various plumbing systems. Install and repair plumbing fixtures and appliances. Preferred Requirements : High school diploma or GED; minimum 1 year experience preferred. Strong customer relationship and communication skills. Efficient workflow management. Ability to lift up to 55 pounds. Problem-solving and mechanical skills. Proficiency in iPad and current technology standards. Knowledge of safety requirements.
