We’re looking for an outgoing inside sales representative to help us smash our sales goals! You’ll help us generate leads by prospecting potential clients and add qualified leads to the sales funnel. Responsibilities: • Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current • Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies • Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met• Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication• Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround • We believe in having a work-life balance and freedom for you and your family! Qualifications: • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills• High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field• Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car • Strong communication skills, you can work anywhere in the country, but you have to be plugged into your mentor (your mentor does not succeed unless you do)• Must be able to pass a criminal background check• Willing to get an insurance license• Be motivated!
