The ideal candidate should possess excellent writing, oral communication, and time management/organization skills, along with experience in Trust Estates and/or Commercial Litigation. Job Overview:The Mid-Level Estate Litigation Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling estate litigation matters, requiring strong writing, oral communication, and time management/organization skills. General experience with business entities is also desired. Duties:Handle estate litigation matters, including will contests, trust disputes, and fiduciary litigation.Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.Conduct legal research and analysis on estate planning and administration issues.Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.Provide legal counsel to clients on estate planning and administration strategies.Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop and execute litigation strategies. Requirements:3-5 years of Trust Estates and/or Commercial Litigation experience.Excellent writing, oral communication, and time management/organization skills.General knowledge of estate planning and administration issues and strategies is a plus.Experience with business entities is preferred. Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the New York State Bar. Skills:Strong writing, oral communication, and time management/organization skills.Ability to handle estate litigation matters effectively.Experience with legal research and analysis.Knowledge of estate planning and administration issues and strategies.Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team.
